Refund Policy

In the event of grave illness, death, family tragedy, or other forms of unforeseen misfortune, I will happily reimburse my client. If the amount has been paid for upfront and I have yet to respond to the work they've submitted, a full refund will be offered. If I've done only a portion of the work, the amount covering the remaining portion will be refunded.
